PREPARATION OF HIGH SCHOOLS FOR FULFILLMENT OF RLD STANDARDS ON THE BASIS OF APPLICATION OF FUNCTIONAL MULTIFUNCTIONAL MEANS

The article presents the rationale for the use of the means of functional all-around in the preparation of high school students to fulfill the standards of the WFSK RLD. Today, RLD complex is a programmatic and regulatory framework for the system of physical education of citizens. An important incentive for the fulfillment of the standards of the youth complex was the accounting of the results of applicants to universities. However, according to the survey results, applicants are in no hurry to take advantage of this opportunity, which may indirectly indicate their insufficient physical fitness. The modernization of the school process in physical education requires the search and selection of new modern physical culture and health-improving technologies that can provide high-quality and effective preparation of high school students to fulfill the standards of the RLD complex. As such a means, it is proposed to use the means of functional all-around, as one of the most effective and popular today types of physical culture and sports activities. The paper presents the classification of functional all-around exercises, as well as the forms and methods of training. A separate item is considered the Tabata protocol, as one of the ways to organize functional training sessions. To test motor readiness, the standards of the VFSK RLD stage V (age group of schoolchildren 16–17 years old) were used. The obtained results of the pedagogical research demonstrate the effectiveness of the means of functional all-around in terms of improving the motor readiness of senior schoolchildren.
