FORMATION OF A UNIFIED CLASSIFICATION OF DEFECTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL OBJECTS

The article highlights the problem of absence of the unified defects classification within the multipurpose technical test of buildings and constructions on the Russian Federation territory. The classification aims at testing the any level of the constructing production. It is a topical matter for a rapidly developing construction area where the technical survey makes a meaningful part. The purpose of investigation is a further creation of a statutory regulation of Defects Classification, which can simplify the process of a complex technical inspection. The material for analysis is made of existing home and foreign documents describing potential construction faults ranged by defects size, type of material and repair necessity. The investigation results in the authorial Defects Classification made for reinforced concrete, brick and metal buildings. The Classification reveals all presumable outcomes of further building usage without any needed strengthenings. Thus, the authorial innovative aspect involves the creation of the unified Defects Classification that can become a State Standard Document valid throughout the Russian territory and measuring the rate of a construction fault in the risk of further building usage.
