Rules for authors
In the magazine "Modern problems of science and education" publishes scientific reviews, articles and scientific problem-practical for the following groups of specialties:

All articles sent for review of specialized professionals.
When writing and design articles for the print edition of the magazine asks the following rules for authors.
According to the rules for authors, articles can be submitted to the office through “Personal portfolio” of an author:
Guide “Personal portfolio of user” (PDF, 1МБ)
Works that are submitted through “Personal PORTFOLIO of author” are published on prior basis (14 business days)
Interacting with the editorial office via “Personal portfolio” allows one to submit articles on-line, add, edit, and correct materials, receive requests and questions from the office and reply to them operatively, track stages of forwarding an article in the editorial office real-time. An author is notified on all changes in his “Personal portfolio” separately on his e-mail.
EDITORIAL STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE NORMS AND RULES OF THE INTERNATIONAL PUBLICATION ETHICS
The legal basis for Publication Ethics constitute international standards: the provisions adopted at the 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity compliance (Singapore, 22-24 July 2010); regulations developed by the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications (The Committee on Publication Ethics - COPE) and norms "Copyright" of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
