SOME ASPECTS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF VOLUNTEERING

The modern realities of the coronavirus pandemic around the world have changed the attitude of a person to himself and his place in this world. One of the responses of society to a global challenge has become volunteer activity. The increased importance of volunteering during a pandemic led us to the need to prepare teachers to accompany and support university volunteers. The article analyzes the forms of interaction between university teachers and students to form their readiness to organize volunteer activities. The idea of ??the need to introduce the module «Support of students’ volunteer activities» into training courses for teachers is substantiated. The authors identify the stages of training in the module, focus on the fact that mastering this module allows you to get a new, in essence, result of the professional pedagogical activity of students of advanced training courses. The theoretical and practical significance of the article is to study the state of the problem of building interaction between teachers and students in the current conditions of a pandemic. The results of the questionnaire survey of course students are analyzed, the authors draw conclusions that volunteering is one of the ways to optimize the organization of the educational process at a university, to improve qualifications and allows us to consider the personality of a teacher as a subject of activity actively participating in the process of his own professional development.
