ON THE NEED FOR TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SELF-HELP IN CRISIS SITUATION

The article deals with the problem of training internal affairs officers in strategies of co-behavior in a crisis situation. The main tasks of self-help training are: the study of theoretical approaches; Exploring strategies and methods of assistance and self-help in crisis and uncertainty situations; mastering the skills of determining various states of the psyche, conscious management of one’s health. A crisis can be perceived as both an obstacle and an opportunity. The article presents a level diagram of the world of the subject of learning, related to the concept of «crisis.» For each level, the nature of the motive is indicated, the markers of the activity of the subject, the state being experienced. The holistic picture of the world is formed at the scientific and analytical level, the everyday – at the spontaneous and practical, fragmented – at the biologically inducing. The development of skills for the independent construction of psychological assistance in a crisis situation, post-crisis life, as well as decision-making in a situation of uncertainty among employees of internal affairs bodies will be facilitated by the organization of educational activities in the semantic field of the «crisis situation» at the scientific and analytical level. The article also describes the possibilities of forming skills for overcoming a crisis situation as part of the initial professional training of persons first hired by the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation as an employee of the Police Officer when mastering the course «Moral and Psychological Training».
