TO THE PROBLEM OF ORGANIZATION OF NOMADIC PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION IN THE ARCTIC CONDITIONS

The article reveals the problems of organizing a nomadic preschool educational organization in the Arctic. The urgency of solving this problem for the realization of the equal rights of all children to education is emphasized. The concepts of «nomadic way of life», «nomadic education» are revealed. The purpose of the study is to consider the pedagogical possibilities of organizing a nomadic preschool educational organization in the Arctic. The article studies the relevance and necessity of organizing a nomadic kindergarten in the tundra. Five diagnostic studies were carried out with parents, teachers and employees of the education department of the Oleneksky ulus of the RS (Yakutia), where Evenks, leading a nomadic lifestyle, live compactly, the state of preschool education of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation in nomadic conditions was studied and analyzed. The article describes the experience of creating a nomadic preschool educational organization in the tribal community of the Olenek ulus RS (Yakutia), which is attended by 15 children of different ages. In the nomadic group, a developing subject-spatial environment was created in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of preschool education. Education and upbringing is based on national traditions and traditional occupations of the clan. An ecological trail has been created in the tundra for observations in nature.
