INFLUENCE OF PRELIMINARY HEAT TREATMENT OF GUMMING COATINGS ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF THEIR PRODUCTION

The «quality» category is one of the main elements in the functioning of any effectively developing organization. Managing this category is an urgent task. Any company tries to organize its quality management activities in this way in order to constantly improve its effectiveness. We need a holistic approach aimed at ensuring a high level of quality that contributes to the organization’s competitive advantage in the market. We need to focus on improving the quality of all operations. Improving the processes of vulcanization impact, choosing the best conditions for its implementation is a prerequisite for effective implementation of quality management of production by the organization. Vulcanization operations, which are characterized by significant heat consumption, require their improvement, since they have a great impact on the entire technological process of production of elastomeric plates. As a result, an analysis of the vulcanization impact on gummed objects using various variants of such impact is presented. The interaction of a vulcanizing agent (sulfur) with elastomeric products during vulcanization operations performed by various variants is analyzed as the main aspect of such interaction. It is analyzed how the preliminary stage of vulcanization impact affects the main operation of vulcanization impact and the quality characteristics of the gum coating.
