        <p>     Для извлечения дитерпеновых гликозидов и других физиологически ценных компонентов подсластителя натурального происхождения stevia rebaudiana bertoni применено экстрагирование ультрафильтратом творожной сыворотки. Для установления оптимальных параметров (температура, 0С; продолжительность экстрагирования, мин; соотношение объемов твердой и жидкой фаз; рН экстрагента) экстрагирования применяли «ридж-анализ», основанный на методе неопределенных множителей Лагранжа.</p>

        <p>     For extraction of dyterpen glycosides and other physiologically valuable components of the sweetener of natural origin of Stevia rebaudiana B. the extraction by cheese cottage ultra filtrate was applied. For determination of optimal parameters (temperature, 0C; extraction duration, min; volume correlation of solid and liquid phases; extragent pH) of the extraction was applied the ‘ridge – analyses’ based on the method of Lagrange undefined multipliers.</p>
