        <p>     С целью профилактики рефлюкс-пиелонефрита у больных с искусственным мочевым резервуаром разработан новый способ мобилизации мочеточника. Мочеточник мобилизуют с сохранением кровоснабжения и иннервации, а также с лоскутом мочепузырного треугольника. Прооперированно 27 больных. У 15 создан гетеротопический резервуар, у 12- ортотопический. Односторонний уретерогидронефроз зарегистрирован у 9 больных через 2 недели и у 6 через полгода после операции. Рефлюкса мочи не отмечено. </p>

        <p>     In order to prevent pyelonephritic reflux in patients with artificial urinary reservoir a new method of mobilizing ureter has been worked out. Ureter is mobilized with preservation of innervation and blood-supply, as well as with graft of uro-vesical triangle. 27 patients were operated. Heterotopic reservoir was created in 15 cases, ortotopic reservoir- in 12. Unilateral pyeloectasis was registered in 9 patients 2 weeks and in 6 patients half-a-year after the operation. Reflux of urine was not observed.</p>
