      <abstract xml:lang="ru" lang-variant="original" lang-source="author">
        <p>Методом тонкослойной хроматографии установлено наличие флавоноидов в траве овса посевного, культивированного в Ставропольском крае. Разработана методика спектрофотометрического определения флавоноидов по реакции с алюминия хлоридом. Установлено, что в траве овса посевного содержится до 0,082% флавоноидов.     </p>

        <p>By the thin layer chromatography method was founded the presence of flavonoids in herba Avenae sativae, cultivated in Stavropol region. The method of spectrophotometric determination of flavonoids by the reaction of aluminium chloride was developed. To 0,082% of flavonoids in herba Avenae sativae was founded.     </p>
